Mauviela Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed on mauviela.com, operated by ASK TRADE INC ("Mauviela," "we," "us," or "our"). By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms below.

1. Where we ship

Mauviela currently ships to addresses within the contiguous United States only. We do not currently ship to:
- Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico
- APO, FPO, or DPO addresses
- PO Boxes for fragrance products (subject to carrier restrictions)
- International destinations

We may expand our shipping coverage in the future. Any changes will be reflected on this page.

2. Processing time

Most orders are processed within 1–5 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or U.S. federal holidays are processed the next business day. Processing time may be longer during promotional periods, peak seasons, or based on inventory availability; we will notify you if your order is significantly delayed.

3. Shipping methods and carriers

All orders are shipped via standard ground service through carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx. The carrier for your order is selected based on destination, product type, and availability. We do not currently offer expedited or overnight shipping.

Estimated delivery time after dispatch is typically 3–10 business days, depending on your location. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

4. Fragrance shipping restrictions

Most fragrance products contain alcohol and are regulated for transportation as hazardous materials. For this reason, alcohol-based fragrances are shipped by ground service only and cannot be shipped by air. As a result:

- Fragrances cannot be shipped to AK, HI, PR, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or internationally.
- Fragrances may not be deliverable to certain PO Boxes.

If your order contains a fragrance product and your shipping address is not eligible, we will contact you before processing the order.

5. Shipping costs

- Free standard ground shipping on contiguous U.S. orders over $250 (calculated at checkout, before tax).
- Orders below the free shipping threshold are charged standard shipping rates calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

6. Tracking your order

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking information typically becomes active within 1–3 business days after shipment.

7. Wrong or incomplete addresses

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error, please contact us at support@mauviela.com immediately. We may be able to correct the address before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order has been processed.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Reshipment costs may apply.

8. Lost or stolen packages

If tracking shows your package was delivered but you have not received it:

1. Check around your delivery location and with neighbors.
2. Contact the carrier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx) to file a claim.
3. Email support@mauviela.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will work with you to investigate, but please note that responsibility for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier rests with the carrier.

9. Damaged or defective items

Please refer to our Refund Policy for instructions on damaged, leaking, defective, or wrong-item shipments.
